Saturday 8th September: 'Memorial on the Moor'- Family storytelling event for families. Storyteller Bea Ferguson will use the memorial to Hugh McDiarmid to tell stories about the landscape and the creatures which inspired his poetry.
2-4pm: Meet at Parliament Square. If weather allows, we'll take the minibus up onto the moor. This is a free event but booking is essential. Please contact Cat Barlow on 013873 80914 or cat@langholminititive.co.uk
